PROMPT is Rehab Management, Inc’s state-of-the-art solution to gathering rehab-specific management information and clinical documentation.

PROMPT was designed and developed by Rehab Management, Inc. and has been in use by rehabilitation professionals since 1993.

PROMPT was originally developed to help RMI manage its business using current data versus month-old data and inflexible spreadsheets. PROMPT has given RMI the capability and edge to manage our health care facilities programs with up-to-date information that is crucial to managing any caseload in today’s fast paced healthcare environment. PROMPT uses clinical and business information that creates a variety of reports including Outcome trend analysis and Length of Stay reports. Through this real-time data capture, PROMPT has allowed RMI to streamline clinical decision making, validate RUG levels, track Medicare Part B charges, and generate the reports necessary to manage an effective regulatory compliant and efficient rehabilitation program.

Our clinical documentation feature provides our therapists a more streamlined, time efficient method of documenting their medical records paperwork, while significantly reducing the amount of clinical documentation errors.  The intrinsic value to our customers is fewer denials, timely reimbursement, and more time for our therapists to treat our residents.

Built iinto PROMPT's billing functionality is the latest requirements for CCI edits for HCPCS modifiers and in the very near future, automated coding of the Part B Caps "KX" modifer. For many of our facilities PROMPT produces an export billing file to automate the charges input to the facility's billing system.
