“Before Rehab Management, I never really felt fulfilled with regards to my interaction with management. I always felt like the 'field employee' and the management people were 'somewhere out there.' Not only is Rehab Management's management accessible, they are noticeable and present in everyday life. I always feel comfortable voicing my concerns and ideas to my supervisor and on up to the president of the company. I feel like I am part of a family and have been so for 14 years. I love it here."

“I began full time with RMI in January 2003. It was a rough 1st year in a medium size ALF in Durham, NC since it was 1 of 22 building started in the same month. It was a girl friends weekend, and I invited a few of them to the RMI Christmas Party in Richmond Virginia, where I had worked for 8 years as a PTA. We were all having a good time at the party, and I was not paying attention when Vaniene called my name as the Physical Therapist Assistant of the year. My girlfriend looked at me and said she called your name, and you need to go up there. I looked around to see if anyone else was getting up then I realized I won!!!

My husband and I decided to take the trip in December 2004 for our 10 th wedding anniversary. We went to Maui Hawaii and had the romance and adventure of our lives without relatives and friends tagging along. The most spectacular part was the oceanfront view from our room of Molokai and Lani as the clouds touch the mountaintops. We took a 38-mile bike ride down a mountain, and it was 32 degrees at the start and 82 degrees at the end. We went on a dinner cruise and watched whales playing during the pacific sunset. We completed the trip by going to the famous Royal Luau, and the next day I purchased a skirt and coconut bra for my trip home to reenact the day. It was a wonderful trip. Thank you RMI for naming me Physical Therapist Assistant of the year for 2003."
