With RMI’s outpatient rehabilitation program, we meet the needs of patients requiring physical, occupational, and/or speech therapies. Our outpatient programs help our patients reach their optimal level of function and community integration.

With our skilled nursing facilities we can help expand the continuum and consistency of care provided. Outpatient services are available to those who have moderate to severe physical limitations and who can also travel to receive the necessary care they need.
